GLP RACERSPrivacy Policy

This policy covers the glpracers.com website and GLP Racers Publisher, the internal tool GLP Racers ("we") uses to publish our own videos to our own social media accounts. The GLP mobile app has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store and Google Play listings.
What GLP Racers Publisher does
GLP Racers Publisher uploads short videos made by GLP Racers to the GLP Racers YouTube channel (@GLPRacers) using the YouTube API Services. It is operated only by GLP Racers, for GLP Racers' own channel. It is not offered to the public and does not access anyone else's YouTube or Google account.
Information we access and store
- Google authorization for our own channel. When we connect our YouTube channel, Google gives
the tool an access token and a refresh token with one permission: uploading videos
(
youtube.upload). We store these tokens encrypted in our cloud provider's secret storage and use them only to upload GLP Racers videos. - Video details we publish: titles, descriptions, tags and the video files we create.
- We do not collect, store or share data about viewers or any other YouTube or Google users, and we do not sell any data.
The website
glpracers.com is a static website. It sets no cookies, has no sign-in, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
YouTube and Google
GLP Racers Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account → Third-party connections (security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). When access is revoked we delete the stored tokens.
Retention and deletion
We keep the authorization tokens only while the tool is in use, and delete them when access is revoked or the tool is retired. Published videos stay on our channel until we remove them.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
